Project

Online Parayan

Online Parayan explored how digital communities could help people build consistency in spiritual learning and daily practice.

The challenge was not awareness or interest, but creating a simple and sustainable system that encouraged long-term participation.

Understanding

Many people wanted to engage more deeply with spiritual practices but found it difficult to maintain consistency within their daily routines.

Time constraints, fragmented learning and lack of structure often reduced long-term participation.

Approach

The approach focused on reducing barriers to participation and making the experience easy to integrate into everyday life.

Rather than introducing new technology, familiar platforms and simple routines were used to encourage adoption.

Execution

Structured content journeys were designed using familiar communication channels.

Audio, video and guided participation formats helped create a more accessible and engaging learning experience while supporting consistency over time.

Contribution

The work involved understanding participant behaviour, designing engagement systems and structuring learning experiences that encouraged regular participation.

This included content planning, community workflows, communication systems and ongoing experience optimisation.

Outcome

• 7,800+ participants across batches

• Diverse participation across age groups and professions

• Improved engagement and consistency over time

• Community participation across multiple locations
