Project
Aarogya Club explored how simple systems and consistent communication can help people build healthier habits.
The objective was to make yoga more accessible, reduce barriers to participation and create a stronger sense of accountability through community.
Understanding
Interest in yoga was already present, but maintaining consistency remained a challenge.
The challenge was not access alone. It was about ease of access, simplicity, and staying regular.
Approach
Rather than introducing new complexity, the focus was on using familiar tools and behaviours.
WhatsApp became the base, which removed learning curve and reduced friction completely.
Execution
Structured groups, daily links, reminders, and consistent communication were set up.
This helped build routine, accountability, and a sense of community.
Contribution
The work involved understanding participation challenges, structuring the engagement model and designing a simple system that encouraged consistency.
This included planning communication flows, community interactions and the overall participant experience.
Outcome
• Large and active community established
• Improved consistency in daily participation
• Strong engagement without complex technology
• Scaled through simple and accessible systems
